In principle, the paid subscriptions are paid online. PayPal (including credit card) and SOFORT (Klarna) are available for this purpose. A membership (subscription period) is always valid for 12 months.

If the membership level is increased during a subscription period, only the difference will be charged until the end of the current period.

For companies that cannot pay via PayPal or IMMEDIATELY and open individual stations or entire station groups, an invoice can be issued. The external merchandise management system then automatically invoices annually.


The subscription will expire soon:

  • The system sends reminder e-mails before the subscription ends:  
    • 15 days 
    • 10 days
    • 5 days
    • at subscription expiration


If you forget to pay:

  • After subscription expiration, the marker still appears on the card - the popup contains the text: Subscription expired
  • Data and account remain unchanged for 3 months
  • A reminder email every 20 days
  • After 3 months the data will be deleted.
  • The user account is not deleted, so that the information is preserved
